We are hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team at Toyo Tires NA. As a part of our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in White, Georgia, you will work on designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment for manufacturing processes. Your expertise in electrical engineering principles and techniques will be crucial in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of our equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, test, and maintain large-scale electronic equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and engineers on equipment design and maintenance.
- Research and analyze data to determine design feasibility.
- Oversee fabrication and installation activities to meet engineering specifications.
- Apply statistical methods to estimate equipment capability.
Technical Skills Required
- Troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical systems.
- Designing or modifying electrical controls for machinery productivity.
- Programming and troubleshooting controls, with emphasis on motion controllers.
- Calibrating electrical systems and components.
- Reading, interpreting, and modifying complex PLC and Servo programs.
