Sr Electrical Engineer - Manufacturing

Job Description

Toyo Tires NA is seeking a qualified Senior Electrical Engineer to join our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant in White, Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining large-scale electronic equipment or machinery for manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, install, and maintain electronic equipment for manufacturing or power generation.
• Utilize computer-assisted engineering design software and equipment.
• Confer with vendors, contractors, and engineers to ensure equipment efficiency and quality.
• Analyze data, design products or systems, and direct engineering personnel in fabrication and testing.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to optimize equipment utilization.

Technical Skills Required

• Troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Design or modify electrical controls to improve machinery reliability.
• Competent in programming motion controllers, preferably Mitsubishi PLC’s.
• Perform calibration of electrical systems and components.
