Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Heart and Vascular Partners (HVP) is a rapidly growing, private equity backed medical service organization that provides management services to heart and vascular practices in multiple states. HVP is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the leadership team to drive financial performance across the organization. The company is growing through internal expansion and M&A activity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop complex financial models and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Assist management in interpreting and using financial data.
  • Support department and practice leaders in developing and supporting initiatives using financial data and key analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute various dashboards and identify actionable items using financial data.
  • Monitor budget performance and investigate variances.
  • Assist with provider compensation calculations and financial models related to acquisitions and recruiting activities.
  • Use databases to gather, sort, and extract data for tracking key initiatives.
  • Prepare ad hoc reports using financial, statistical, and patient data sources.
  • Anticipate practice needs and deliver clear, concise analytical data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of financial analysis experience within healthcare.
  • Ambulatory surgery center experience strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Environment

This position can serve as a hybrid role, with office reporting and remote work. The corporate office is located in Deerfield, IL.
