Job Description
Flexential, a dynamic modern marketing organization, is looking for a Senior Marketing Operations and Analytics Manager to join their team. This strategic role involves analyzing marketing programs' performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness, deliver actionable insights, and optimize business KPIs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams to drive marketing analytics functions, enhance attribution models, provide consultative data insights, and ensure optimal MarTech integration. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing executive dashboards, enhancing customer data quality, and implementing process improvements within the Marketing Operations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end marketing analytics functions.
- Partner with revenue marketing for attribution models and optimization.
- Provide consultative data insights and storytelling.
- Ensure optimal MarTech integration for data flow and attributions.
- Manage executive dashboards and reporting.
Technical Skills
- Strong campaign analysis expertise.
- Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with technology platforms like Marketo and SFDC.
- Knowledge of MarTech ecosystem and digital analytics.
- Interest in AI and ML principles.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of marketing operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and self-starter.
