Staff LPN - Intermediate Med Surg and Pediatrics - Part Time, Days (Mansfield)

Job Description

Join our team at OhioHealth as a Staff LPN in Intermediate Med Surg and Pediatrics on a part-time basis during the day in Mansfield. You will provide nursing care to patients and families in various healthcare settings while working collaboratively with the healthcare team. As an LPN, you will be responsible for practicing nursing in accordance with Ohio Board of Nursing standards, delegating nursing tasks as per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, and serving as a resource for other team members.

This role does not involve supervisory duties such as hiring, firing, or disciplinary actions. Some responsibilities may include communication, minor scheduling, and quality inspection.

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse - National Council of State Boards of Nursing

Specialized Knowledge

Must hold a current Ohio state license and have successfully completed an Ohio Board of Nursing approved medication course. Additionally, you must be a Basic Life Support Provider.
