We are currently hiring Nurses (RN / LPN) to be part of our team. Full-time and part-time positions with flexible shifts are available. Full-time roles come with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, life insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), and a 401(k) retirement plan.
Peak Resources Alamance is offering sign-on bonuses for nurses hired by March 2024: $2,000 for Part-Time LPNs, up to $5,000 for Full-Time LPNs, $3,000 for Part-Time RNs, and up to $7,000 for Full-Time RNs (Conditions Apply).
Primary Role Responsibilities
Registered Nurse (RN)
The RN is responsible for initiating and implementing healthcare plans within their scope of practice. They oversee nursing assistants, ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
The LPN supports in implementing healthcare plans under RN supervision, participates in ongoing data collection, and more.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Active RN / LPN license in the State.
- Current BLS CPR Certification with in-person skills assessment.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital or nursing facility.
