STAFF PHYSICIAN

Job Description

We are currently looking for a dedicated Staff Physician to join our compassionate team at Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. As a Staff Physician, you will play a crucial role in providing primary and preventive care to our patients by diagnosing and treating various medical conditions and disorders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical services to patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Stabilize and refer patients in need of urgent care to appropriate facilities.
• Complete patient charts and medical records accurately and in compliance with established standards.
• Supervise and mentor Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants in your specialty area.
• Participate in Quality Assurance activities and audits to maintain practice standards.
• Collaborate with the Medical Director on administrative projects and policy adherence.
• Take part in on-call schedules and serve as a preceptor for medical students and residents.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited residency program and board certification or eligibility in your specialty.
• Valid, unrestricted California medical license and DEA registration.
• PALS or NRP certification, ACLS may be required.

Compensation

The Staff Physician position offers a competitive annual pay range of $260,000 to $300,000.
