Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Staff RN to join our team at Pickerington Methodist Hospital. As a Staff RN in the Med Surg Unit, you will provide general nursing care to patients and families in various acute healthcare settings. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients, ensuring adherence to department policies and nursing care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care services to patients in accordance with department policies.
• Assess patient health and implement care plans.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs following Ohio Nurse Practice Act criteria.

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree (BSN required within 5 years of employment).
• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio.
• BLS certification.
