Staff RN - Medical/Surgical/Trauma (Nights)

Job Description

OhioHealth is seeking a dedicated Staff RN - Medical/Surgical/Trauma (Nights) to join our team. This pivotal role involves providing general nursing care to patients and families in various healthcare settings, collaborating with the healthcare team, and upholding the standards of nursing practice as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients along the health-illness continuum.
• Manage a diverse range of patients including those with medical, surgical, and trauma conditions.
• Administer an intermediate level of care to individuals with conditions such as bowel obstructions, infections, traumatic wounds, and more.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• Valid RN - Registered Nurse license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• BLS - Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and protocols.
