Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Staff RN to join our Cardiac and Thoracic Surgical Recovery team on the night shift. As part of OhioHealth, you will play a vital role in providing general nursing care to patients and families in various healthcare settings. Your responsibilities will include delivering safe and efficient age-specific nursing care, implementing the nursing process effectively, demonstrating technical skills, and fostering a collaborative environment to optimize patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-specific nursing care using the nursing process.
• Demonstrate technical skills for safe practice and positive care outcomes.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively for optimal patient care.
• Contribute to professional nursing practice and exhibit leadership qualities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Ohio Board of Nursing.
• Valid State Driver's License.
• CPR certification.
• Field of Study: Nursing.
• No prior experience required.
