Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and clean patient care equipment under supervision.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sterilization processes and report any issues to leadership.
• Participate in receiving and reprocessing loaner and consignment sets.
• Assist in training new staff or cross-training OR staff in Sterile Processing.
• Support surgical services with assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Job Requirements:

• CRCST, CSPDT, or CST certificate.
• Prior healthcare experience.
