STNA State Tested Nurse Aide

Job Description

We are looking for a compassionate STNA State Tested Nurse Aide to join our team at Charter Senior Living of Oak Openings. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to our residents, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with activities of daily living.
• Assist with medication reminders, bathing, grooming, dressing, and escort services.
• Provide emotional and social support, respecting residents' confidentiality and dignity.
• Document daily care provided and communicate any resident issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification such as CNA, STNA, GNA, or CHHA according to state regulations.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be necessary.
• Experience with the elderly preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
