Job Description

As a Stocker, you will ensure fresh products are available by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and operating machinery safely. As a Cashier, you'll provide exceptional customer service, operate the register accurately, and assist customers in their shopping experience. Responsibilities
General Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean checkout area.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product feedback.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves and organize inventory efficiently.
- Follow planograms for attractive displays.
- Operate equipment safely and maintain a neat sales floor.
Qualifications
- 18 years or older.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or in a team.
- Effective time management and attention to detail.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
