Roles and Responsibilities
As a Stocker/Cashier at ALDI, you will collaborate with team members, ensure security and confidentiality, process customer purchases, stock merchandise, uphold cash policies, and maintain a clean and organized store environment. Additionally, you will handle physical demands such as lifting, carrying, and operating store equipment with safety protocols in mind.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of company products and services
- Prior retail experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
