Job Description
Join our team at ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enhance the customer shopping experience and contribute to keeping our stores organized and efficient. You'll be responsible for operating registers, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
- Operate machinery and follow safety procedures.
- Process customer purchases and stock shelves neatly.
- Provide feedback to management and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
- Rotate products and create well-merchandised displays.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 45 pounds.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Effective time management and adherence to company policies.
- Operate cash register efficiently and comply with handling alcoholic beverages (for Cashier).
- Prior retail work experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
