Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Stocker/Cashier at Aldi. As a Cashier, you will assist customers with purchases, provide exceptional service, and ensure the store is clean and organized. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, and maintaining a well-merchandised display. Both roles require working collaboratively with team members and following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves with fresh products and rotate inventory.
- Follow merchandising guidelines to create appealing displays.
- Operate machinery safely and follow all safety procedures.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
- Effective communication and time management skills.
- Knowledge of company products and services.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior retail experience is a plus.
