Job Description

As a Store Associate at Aldi, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising products, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our customers and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills outlined for the role.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of following company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
