We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Position Details

- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and uphold company values.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate cash registers and handling equipment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
