Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professionalism and follow ALDI's M.A.P. principles.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to cash handling procedures and company policies.
- Maintain security and confidentiality of data and documents.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Physical Demands
Stock merchandise, lift up to 45 pounds, and perform various physical tasks.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Follow cleaning standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively and work independently or in a team.
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Meet requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
- A combination of education and experience is considered.
