Job Description
We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. As a Trainee, you will learn all aspects of managing a store efficiently and effectively to prepare for running your own store in the future. Your responsibilities will include supervising daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staffing needs, creating operational plans, and nurturing the team's growth.

Estimated Earning Potential
Up to $102,000 in the first year (salary + bonus, location-dependent)
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations and team performance to deliver top-notch service
- Communicate and model company values to foster teamwork
- Handle customer concerns and ensure resolutions
- Maintain store appearance and product quality
- Conduct hiring, scheduling, and training activities
- Evaluate performance and plan for employee development
- Monitor budget, manage cash audits, and optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Strong customer service and managerial skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Operational and budget management capabilities
- Retail experience, including prior management roles
