Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Store Management Trainee at Aldi. As a Store Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for the responsibilities of managing a store effectively. You will oversee daily store operations, supervise the team, ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and help maintain a safe and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Mentor and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
  • Create and communicate job expectations, responsibilities, and performance standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and product merchandising.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Monitor and achieve store budget and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and customer service principles.
