Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join Aldi as a Store Management Trainee. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training on store operations and management to prepare you for a successful career path within the company. You will supervise daily store activities, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and lead operational initiatives while fostering team development.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
- Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise store operations to deliver top-tier customer service
- Communicate and embody company values to promote teamwork
- Manage staffing, schedules, and store signage and product quality
- Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure store budget compliance and monitor competitive environment
- Maintain inventory levels, merchandising, and store cleanliness
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience in budget management and personnel supervision
- Prior management experience preferred
