Job Description
We are looking for a Store Management Trainee to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be trained in all aspects of successfully managing a store, preparing you to run your own store effectively. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store activities, ensuring high-performance standards, managing staffing needs, developing operational plans, and mentoring and developing the team.

Earning Potential Year 1
Up to $119,000 including salary and bonuses (may vary by location)
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and professionalism
- Supervise daily operations and team performance
- Handle customer concerns and maintain store standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and store merchandising
- Assist in hiring, training, and coaching employees
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies
- Experience in retail and management preferred
