Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. This full-time role involves various responsibilities such as cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Conduct inventory counts, handle cash transactions, and comply with company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
