Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies in daily tasks.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and arrange products effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with team members.
- Offer feedback on products and inventory to management.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
- Follow company policies while ensuring data security and document confidentiality.
- Handle other assigned duties as required.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or above.
- Proficient in customer service and cash register operations.
- Skilled in operating store equipment and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with retail environments is preferred.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior retail experience is advantageous.
