Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of safely using equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High School Diploma preferred with retail experience.
