Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your primary responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Assist customers with purchases and provide exceptional service
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
- Contribute feedback to management and assist with inventory
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Prior retail work experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
