Join the ALDI team as a Store Operations Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store operates smoothly while providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform cashiering, stocking, and general cleaning duties
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide outstanding customer service to enhance the shopping experience
• Assist in monitoring inventory accuracy and store cleanliness
• Adhere to cash handling policies and established procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate cash register and equipment efficiently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior retail experience is preferred
