Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at ALDI. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Work with equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
