Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's efficient operations, from merchandising and stocking products to providing exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
