Job Description

We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and supporting the overall operations.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and maintaining cleanliness in the store.
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Operating cash registers efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 45 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
