Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain merchandise displays and ensure shelves are neatly stocked.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
