Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills as required.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure products are neatly displayed.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and any issues encountered.
• Participate in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and follow company procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including stocking shelves and operating equipment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment with attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with retail experience favorable.
