Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance customer experience.
- Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with team members.
- Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
- Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
