Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, products are stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating with team members.
• Implement company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.
• Operate cash registers, equipment like hand jacks and floor scrubbers, and adhere to inventory guidelines.
• Participate in store inventory counts, handle and sell alcoholic beverages where required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail experience is preferred. Combination of education and experience is also considered.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
