Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team on a Full-Time basis. As a member of our store operations, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies and company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
