Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join the Aldi team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with merchandising tasks.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Assist in store inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
