Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join Aldi's team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) guidelines.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain neat merchandise displays.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to enhance operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Capable of performing cleaning duties to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
