Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Type

Full-Time, 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assistance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Participate in inventory management and store counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
