Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. This role involves collaborating with the Aldi team, demonstrating professional skills, and upholding company policies.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers.
• Work with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Operate cash registers and adhere to cash management policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
