Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. This role involves merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience. As a member of the ALDI team, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Monitor inventory, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, prior retail experience is a plus.
