Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining the store's appearance and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, cleaning, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays.
• Assist customers and collaborate with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory.
• Conduct store inventory counts and adhere to company policies.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and follow procedures.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
