We are hiring a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
  • Assist in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses
  • Comply with company policies and uphold document security
  • Perform physical tasks including stocking merchandise and general cleaning

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
