Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth store operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashier duties, including processing customer purchases.
• Maintain store cleanliness and neatly organize merchandise displays.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting shoppers as needed.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory counts and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and cash handling policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Compliance with state and local regulations for selling alcohol.
