Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to company policies and uphold security protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
