Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's operations and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and keeping the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly to enhance the store's appearance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses and maintain accuracy.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain the store's cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
