Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Successful candidates will collaborate with team members, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
  • Stock shelves, maintain neat merchandise displays, and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members and effectively communicate with management.
  • Adhere to company policies, promote product feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Experience in retail and operating a cash register preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
