Store Operations Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and assist customers
• Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
• Participate in inventory counts and uphold company policies
• Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Operate a cash register efficiently
• Ability to follow procedures and communicate effectively
• Prior retail experience preferred
