Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Store Operations Assistant to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with our dedicated team.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
- Complete assigned tasks as required
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent
