Job Description
We are looking for a Store Operations Assistant to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain a clean store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
- Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Prior retail experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
